One major opportunity in the sector opened up a few months ago when ROSHN partnered with Aramco to build a state-of-the-art 47,000-seat stadium in Khobar. Looking to the future, ROSHN is developing a variety of mixed-use projects, including over 700 public health facilities, 1,000 schools, 700 mosques, 2 million square meters of retail space, and 5 million square meters of commercial office space.
